hairdryer absence
it started early (around 7 am) and was loud. i couldn't even relax (i really wanted to) in my room during the day because of the drilling. plus, there were no basic amenities like a hairdryer in the room. i had to ask for one at reception.

non-functioning acmissing iron
The hotel AC was not FUNCTIONING. this made the room uncomfortably warm. I asked for an iron but the hotel DID not have one available. The door code was excessively long. I prefer a key card.

I encountered a significant problem with the noise level. a central ventilation system activated before 5:00 a.m., and it was loud. it was so loud i could not sleep. the hotel staff shrugged it off. I found this unacceptable. this ventilation problem needs addressing.

The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn station. It takes just minutes to get to the city center. The room was adequately sized and quiet. I found the bed comfortable. I slept well each night. The underground car park provided useful access.
