loud ventilationindifferent staff
I encountered a significant problem with the noise level. a central ventilation system activated before 5:00 a.m., and it was loud. it was so loud i could not sleep. the hotel staff shrugged it off. I found this unacceptable. this ventilation problem needs addressing.

The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn station. It takes just minutes to get to the city center. The room was adequately sized and quiet. I found the bed comfortable. I slept well each night. The underground car park provided useful access.
